According to the Israeli Ministry of the Interior, official
documents such as Certificates of Marriage, Birth, Death and
Dissolution of Marriage will be recognized only if the documents
are certified with an official seal marked:

Apostille
The seal can be obtained through the office of the Secretary
of State/Notary Public Division in the state where the document
was issued. Please note that these offices accept only original
documents.
