A person residing abroad who receives allowances from the State of Israel and who must prove that he/she is alive, may apply to the Consulate with an identifying document in order to get a Certificate of Life.
When requesting a Certificate of Life, please provide the following:
- Certificate of Life document
- Valid picture I.D: passport etc.
- Payment: $11.00 per signature in cash or money order only.
Be advised, a person arriving to notarize a Certificate of Life does need to wait in line. |
