For an Israeli Citizen born outside of Israel, the Population Registry Summary will serve as a Teudat Zehut (Israeli Identification Card).
A Population Registry Summary is free of charge and may be requested in person or by mail.
Note: If the request is made by mail, the application form for the request must be signed in front of a notary.
After processing the request the Summary Certificate will be sent to you via mail.
Note: Population Registry Summary takes approximately 2 months to be processed and issued.
