Tracking Relatives

If you are interested in locating a relative in Israel you need to provide the Consulate with the following:

1. Application for Tracking. If processed in the mail, the application must be signed in the presence of a notary public. Please note that a separate application is required for each person sought.

2. $4 cash or money order fee per application.

3. Self-addressed envelope and any other contact information, to avoid unnecessary delays.
