Student visas to Israel are issued for a period of one year
with multiple entries.
Be advised, a student visa requires approximately 3 weeks to
be processed.
To apply for a student visa one must either arrive in person
with or send by mail the following:
- Application
for a Tourist Visa - completed and signed
Note: If the person applying is under 18 years old, both his
parents will have to sign the application in front of the
Consul or a notary
- 2 passport
photographs [2" x 2"]
- Passport or travel document valid for at least 1 year
- Original letter of acceptance
Note: Without a letter of acceptance a visa will not be processed
- Proof of re-entry to the U.S.; i.e. Green Card, I-550 stamp,
work visa, etc
- Proof of a down payment for studies or a scholarship.
- Proof of a return ticket.
- An original bank statement showing sufficient
funds to support the student during his or her stay in Israel
(estimated to be $10,000 for a year). If another party financially
supports the student, that party must submit their original bank statement and a notarized letter stating that they will
financially support the student.
- Payment: $25.00 in cash or money order only
